Class Descriptions

Gentle Hatha: Easeful practice focusing on breath-work, lengthening, basic postures & relaxation. All levels welcome.

Deep Stretch/Yin Yoga: A slow, deep practice that increases flexibility by stretching & stimulating the connective tissue. An ideal complement to more active styles of yoga, it is also great for athletes. Mostly floor work.  All levels welcome.

Standard Hatha: Moderately paced flowing practice, more postures, variations & breath-work. All levels welcome.

Yoga Fusion: Starts energetically; transitions to deep stretch. Yang/Yin.  All levels welcome.

Restorative:  Poses are designed to assist in alleviating weakness, fatigue, or stress.  Perfect for everyone!

Morning Flow:  A moderately paced class, appropriate for all levels.  A great way to start your day!

Hot Flow: We turn up the heat for this one!  A “hot” workout for those who like to sweat! Some experience required.

Beginners: Core elements introduced.  Recommended for beginners of all fitness levels. 

Prenatal: Simple exercises combined with breathing techniques for strength, balance & relaxation during pregnancy.

Parent & Tot:  A fun class for parents and tots from birth to 2 years.

Belly Dancing: Basic belly dance moves taught in a fun, inspirational way.  If you can walk, you can dance!
